Arrival in Kuala Lumpur - Check-in

  • Our airport rep/tour guide will be at arrival hall waiting to greet and welcome you. Kindly proceed to arrival hall after check out.
  • Pick up from KLIA 1 or KLIA 2.
  • Drop off at KL Hotel.
  • Kuala Lumpur (called simply KL by locals) is the federal capital and the largest city in Malaysia.
  • Literally meaning "muddy river confluence" in Malay, Kuala Lumpur has grown from a small sleepy Chinese tin-mining village to a bustling metropolis of 7 million (city-proper population- 1.8 million). A cultural melting pot with some of the world's cheapest 5-star hotels, great shopping, even better food and some of nature's wonders in just an hour away, this dynamic city has much to offer for everyone.
  • Valid for Pickups between 6 am - 11 pm. Pickups between 11 pm and 6 am will attract a Surcharge. If the Surcharge is not selected at the time of booking, it will be applicable at the time of travel. If the guest is unwilling to pay additional amount, the pickup will be scheduled within applicable timings, and not according to flight arrival time.
Batu Caves - Full Day Genting Highlands (Cable Car)
  • After breakfast depart for Genting Highlands. Enroute we make a short (as per inclusion) photo stop at Batu Caves - Batu Caves is a limestone hill, which has a series of caves and cave temples, and it is the shrine of Lord Murugah, a Hindu deity. Later, continue drive to Genting Skyway Lower Station to board a cable car to the peak, the journey takes approximately 15 minutes (cable car operation is subject to weather condition). Genting Highlands, located at 2000 meters above sea level, offers a cool respite from Malaysia's capital city combined with all of the excitement, luxury, and entertainment of an international resort destination. After fun filled day we return back to our hotel in Kuala Lumpur.
Malacca Full Day Trip from Kuala Lumpur
  • Visit UNESCO-listed Melaka on a full-day tour from Kuala Lumpur. See where Malaysia began on the Straits of Malacca.   • Malayan Railway Administration Building Malayan Railway Administration Building (Pass By) The Malaysian Railway Administration Building or Kuala Lumpur railway station is a railway station located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.   • After breakfast check-out from the hotel. You can keep your bags in the cloak room and spend some time shopping in Kuala Lumpur (if your return flight is in the evening). Later you will be transfered to the airport to catch your flight back home.

3. We reserve the right to issue a full refund in case we believe that we are unable to fulfil the services for any technical reasons.
4. Please make sure that the passport of all guests travelling is valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
5. We can only facilitate the visa application for the travelling passengers. Granting of visa is solely at the discretion of Embassy. If visa is rejected or delayed by the Embassy for any reason then we are not liable to give any refund and respective cancellation policies will apply.

1. In case of unavailability in the listed hotels, arrangement for an alternate accommodation will be made in a hotel of similar standard.

2. Vehicles in Hill Areas – Even if you opt for AC vehicle, in hill stations AC is non-operational to avoid damage or mid-trip break down of the vehicle for your own convenience. Also, in several hill areas, commercial vehicles are not allowed to play music to prevent accidents
3. Transportation shall be provided as per the itinerary.The itinerary is fixed and cannot be modified, in case of any changes post confirmation additional cost may be applicable on the basis of changes done (to be borne by the customer)
4. Itinerary changes are subjected to availability of tours, weather conditions and operational possibilities
5. Any Tour if missed due to closure or maintenance issues, all efforts will be made to cover the sightseeing, time permitting.
6. Due to operational reasons, the routing of the tour may be amended. However, all mentioned services will remain unchanged.
7. As Leh is the base town for all connecting towns in Ladakh, there is a possibility that a few sightseeing will be mentioned multiple times in the itinerary, it is up to the customer if he wishes to see the same again, time permitting. However no refund will be provided in case the same has not been covered the second time, as no additional amount is being charged for the same.

  1. At the time of check-in to your hotel, hotel may ask you to make an advance/security deposit (amount depends upon hotel policy). This amount is refunded at the time of check-out, minus the cost of any items taken from the mini-bar or other charges (like late check-out or any damages done to the accommodation).
